Mr. Taylor's Excellent Book

This is an outstanding paraphrase of the Psalms. He has much to say and says it well. The thought that went into this paraphrase is worth quite a bit to me, and like his colleague Ralph Milton, Mr. Taylor writes extremely well. Finally, there is a progressive cast to some of the Psalms that I can appreciate. Mr. Taylor's reading and discussion of them may not be for everyone, but he is "spot on" for me. My wife and I have given it to at least two UCC pastors and we are sending a copy to a my brother-in-law, who is a United Methodist pastor. It is worth reading, but not all at once.
