15 year old Christian girl adjusts to life with a step-mom

Sherri is 15; her mom died when she was 8. She, her dad, and her 4 brothers live on a ranch in Montana. Sherri can cook, train horses, do the laundry, assist with cattle drives, clean the house, and everything else that a 15 year old who's grown up as the only girl in a family can do. When her dad marries Lynn from Chicago, Sherri is immediately resentful. Hasn't she done a good enoght job? Why do they need a mom in the house? This book details Sherri's stuggles and victorys throughout the next year or so of her life. It is an excellent book and I highly recommend it.
