It also clearly outlines mechanisms for dealing with ever-changing workplace environment and the human factor behind it. For those who seek to master management skills, especially during Business Process Reengineering, this book will help to identify various forces active or ready to be active and how to best manage those forces with the least negative impact on the overall transition process and people involved.
