Nothing more practical and real

As a university professor it gets a little bit wearing to see constantly those theory manual- books. Chris Roebucks's books really offer a practical and methodical way of presenting issues like leadership, delegation, communication, etc. It's practical for learning in organizations, for self development and also, in some issues,for my students to understand key organizational factors. The overall design, format and chart presentation is quite good. It's a "must" if you really want to start improving your professional skills!
