I have found this book to be a well-written guide for a healthy lifestyle. The author suggests a sensible diet recommending the use of foods such as whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. I am a Pastor of a church in Galion, Oh. We teach devine health and healing. We believe in the miracle power of God and we also believe in 'Eating Well and Living Well".. One of the most important things about living is living in good health. With proper eating habits and good care & excersise, there is no reason why any one should live to be a good old age (100yrs.). This book has helped me learn how to eat well and some important things about how to fight off some of the most dangerous disease none to man.
