This obscure little cookbook has been in my life since I was in my 20’s and I can tell you the recipes still hold up well today. Funny enough I have moved throughout my life and each time I have lost this book I have rebought it again. I’m in my 50’s now and just bought my third copy of it. One day I’ll find the other ones but it doesn’t matter I’ll hold on to them just in case. Beautiful pictures, funny stories but most importantly great food. So while I have great things to say don’t hurry up and buy it. I might need to buy a copy another day.

Beautiful photography and a clever theme make this my favorite cookbook. I can't stand getting a really cool looking cookbook and then never finding a recipe that I want to make or only making one. I've had this cookbook for a few years and have tried many of the recipes. They are easy to prepare, but they don't look or sound like it. Perfect for entertaining. The best bread pudding recipe ever!!
