This small book (95 pages) is a great look at delegating - the barriers and benefits, exactly how to set goals, how to communicate, and how to track delegations. It is aimed largely at the supervisory level, and is more task oriented. Thus, it is probably not as useful for an executive wanting to delegate large responsibilities, but still is a good basic look at delegating.
