This is yet another great zombie novel by Vernon Gillen. In this story the Bolton family must run from the Deadwalkers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to as safe area just west of Junction, Texas. As the oldest child, Janice, causes many problems for the family they face death by Deadwalkers almost every day. On the first day they crash the truck and trailer carrying all they need to survive the trip. Now faced with having to walk among the Deadwalkers they must push on by walking. Will they ever reach the ranch just west of Junction over 360 miles away? Will Janice's belief that the Deadwalkers are just sick humans allow them to survive? There is no way to know unless you walk with them and see for yourself.
