Great Book!

This book was wonderful in making me realize that I am not alone! My husband always makes me feel like I am being ridiculous for the way I act when it comes to becoming stressed out over kids and house, but this book showed me that I am the average woman/mother and gives great tips on how to not be "ridiculous." Whether you argue over your husband "not helping" (kids or house)or about him "not doing it right" this book is great! Well worth reading and yes, even taking notes from!!!

A funny read with substance

The chapter on maternal gatekeeping is worth the cost of the book. You probably don't know what that is and you might think you aren't guilty when you find out, but give it a little time and you might see some things you couldn't before. This is a funny book with a lot of substance.

Another Great Read!

Lorilee Craker never disappoints! She has an ability to take an otherwise daunting topic and turn it into a fun journey! I saw myself and my marriage in this book on several occasions ~ along with tips and recommendations how my husband and I can rediscover "us." (Remember...there used to be an "us" before THEY came along!!) Although the reading format is light and easy (i.e. you can read it between kids naptimes, while watching your daughter's volleyball practice, or curled up at night), the problem-solving is sound, and the reminders useful. I gladly pre-ordered this book, and will recommend it to my friends.
