Beautiful photos!

I saw this passing by a bookstore and immediately died. And just as soon bought it. For the price, it's worth it. The photos are all perfect, large, and delicious. Alas, it's not everyday I'm out buying figs and mascarpone. I just flipped through the book today and only had on hand ingredients for one souffle. But to pull out for special occasions, I haven't found the recipes too hard to follow. Of course it's a learning experience, so you just have to be willing to take the risk and get to know the recipes.

Scrumptious desserts

The recipes look delicious and this cookbook features large color pictures for each dessert that help you figure out whether your dessert look right or not. Looking at the pictures made me hungry!
