Dancing on Water is a truly fun book from a very experienced author. It takes the reader half way around the world and back again. It discusses many of the important issues facing our society from the inside, including racism and individual freedom. The story follows the main character Shannon as she strives to make sense of it all. She eventually learns she is dying and examines her entire life. The book is a study of relationships, focusing on love, life and loss. I enjoyed the book greatly and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a good, easy to follow, entertaining read.
