Review of "Crazy Love" by Pamela Uschuk

This book was a delight to read aloud and hear the metaphors roaring, yet, there was also the fine mist spray that hovered and rose -- so light, it inhabited the realm of the spirit. Thank heavens, for this poetry -- metaphor and figurative language live! I know that there are many kinds of valid styles and approaches to poetry, but I'd sure hate to see most of it reduced to a more "direct, narrative style" so much in vogue, it seems, today. Rich metaphor and figurative language seem to be in the "you did a bad" category for some publications! Pamela Uschuk, keep on "metaphoring!"
