Exactly as described

This was exactly as described and came quickly. In good condition and just what I was looking for.

Very Helpful

The E & E series is very helpful in prepping for exams. The summaries and charts make great aids in outlining. Debating the hypos on my own and with my study group really helped. Most exams are essay responses to hypotheticals, so the book prepares you well.

good last-minute review book

good review for corporations class. it is based on the model code, and sometimes DE. but if you need NY law, this book doesn't help that much. but the explanations are clear and interesting.

An excellent synopsis of Corporations law

I highly recommend this book. Solomon and Palmiter, following in the tradition of Glannon's Civil Procedure, make corporations law accessible.
