The book was well written, descriptive with lots of real-life examples. The author not only provided bad examples of companies (Enron, Worldcom) but good ones as well (Mary Kay, Rouse). This book is outstanding for managers, professors and employees who want to promote positive change. I found the "Moral Mentors" material to be especially useful.
