Well written FILOP process

This was assigned reading for a business ethics class. The book was well written, descriptive with lots of real-life examples. The author not only provided bad examples of companies (Enron, Worldcom) but good ones as well (Mary Kay, Rouse). My only criticism is some of the examples ended without any conclusion or point.
