Great Resource for Alternative Health Care

This book provides an excellent guide for those who want alternative care. It includes information on herbs, acupuncture, mind-body work, food supplements and other alternatives. Written by a physician and based on the ratings of a panel of health care providers it covers a wide range of expertise. I was especially interested in the section on back pain that I had recently experienced. True to my experience the traditional medical and physical therapy mentioned was not effective but the alternatives were.
