As good as 'The Honey Hunters'

Similar to Martin's other work 'The Honey Hunters.' Traditional African folktale set with bright vibrant art. My children enjoy being read this book over and over. I hunt out any of Martin's works.

If you only buy one children's book.....

This is an absolute treasure - quite simply one of the best children's books I have encountered. A terrific story, told in a lively and engaging style, lots of humour, and wonderfully lush and detailed illustrations. My 2 year daughter and 8 year old nephew adore it equally. Just magical!
