Fantastic writing! This author makes it clear that growing up in an affluent family can be more complex than the easy life--especially for a child. A heart-wrenching and honest exposure of feelings. I felt as if I was pulled into the experience myself, and got to know the family personally. I'm glad I found this book and recommend it highly.
