good game

This is a chapter book about some elementary school kids that are in a chess club. They work hard and enter a tournament. The kids in the story have a hard time getting along. They have to learn to work as a team if they are going to win the tournament. This short chapter book is perfect for kids that are just starting to read longer books. It can be used in the classroom to bring about discussions about the game of chess as well and the value of teamwork.
