I gave this book a 3 stars. I gave this book a 3 stars because it is help for for young Cheerleader's. Think this book could help you be a better Cheerleader because there are different sections that help you for example they have a section that is for shaping up, making the squad, leg work and more. I also liked how you have me tips. one thing that I didn't like was that they didn't give a lot of moves that you can try. I thought this book could help cheerleader's get into shape and also lean some tips that are helpful for Cheerleading try outs.
