Interesting Introspective Read

Contains a lot of different & interesting info than I've found in other related materials. For me it was difficult to get past the beginning layer of the book with all the historical info & name references. Then again history has never been one of my fav subjects. Impatiently wanted to get the the heart of the matter, the GOOD STUFF! I learned quite a bit of fascinating info once I dove further in. Also there is an abundance of practical alternative healing methods/ideas that takes hand analysis to a deeper level. This book would be a great read for anyone that works with "hands on" healing methods, Massage, Reiki, etc. Two of my fingers ached, interestingly enough it gave info on what they correlated to within the body. By applying good old self-accupressure to them, surprised me when they honestly did relieve related symptoms I was experiencing. Glad I purchased.
