It's finally the ending of the long running series Ceres: Celestial Legends. In this one, everything is finally coming together. AFter the cutoff in volume 13, we see that Toya is truely alive. I couldn't help but gasp for breath. Since Yuu Watase is known for taking out some of her leading characters I almost couldn't believe it. So much goes on this manga that you can easily get confused. We learn about the truth to Toya's past, and wow, is it one heck of a past life...no wonder he forgot about it. Many die, and we see the conclusion between the twins, Aki and Aya. THe ending was a little bittersweet though. We know that Toya is alive and that he and Aya are happy for the coming of their baby. Only problem is, is that now that Toya no longer has the mana, he won't live forever and heal instantly. Actually he doesn't know whe he's going to die...so Yuu Watase, yet again. So, he has Yuhi promise that once he is gone, that he will take care of Aya and the baby. Good that Toya and Aya end up together finally, but it is sad that we know they might have anywhere from a few weeks to a few years to enjoy it. Overall it was a good series and full of the heart wrentching work Watase-sensei is known for.
