WOW, very good and thorough health book

This book will shock you when you start looking more into the book. It has very intimate and personal pictures of actual cases, and some can be disturbing but healthful details regarding one's health. It will shock but amaze you to the information you receive from this book. I like it and might keep it after school is through to use for reference later on.

This book is very informative and the personal assessment at the end of the chapters will make you really look at yourself. This book also has an online site that is helpful.

You most likely don't have a choice

This book is practically written to reinforce common sense stuff dealing with health. Unfortunetly many of us choose to forget these things soon after we learn them. this book for many of us is not a "fun read" rather a requirement for a class.You can read this book in about 5 hours and pass the class. I did!
