Gluten Free made Divine

Aran Goyoaga is my personal queen of mastery. Sound dramatic? I'd say it again because she is one of two recipe developers who I wouldn't even sweat making a recipe for the first time knowing dinner guests are coming over in two hours. I'm a scientist at heart - I follow recipes extremely well - and her work is beautifully done. The photos are captivating, the recipes straight forward, and best of all: they are truly divine. Her flavor combinations are sophisticated and feel like you're stepping into rustic Europe. Gluten free no longer feels like a downgrade that I have to run away to Chicago to experience in real time - she brings it to you. So how do the greats in the big cities do it? I don't know, but I know she is taking ME there. Family who haven't had cinnamon rolls, sourdough, biscuits, cakes, etc for YEARS feel awakened when I bake for them.
