Pastoral Testimony of a Turn-Around Church

Author Ronny Russell here gives his own pastoral testimony of how God turned around a declining Baptist church in a small town of North Carolina. The contents are far more inspirational than informational, though still extremely helpful for anyone leading a declining, established church. He warns of the high costs involved in getting a congregation headed back in a healthy direction, costs that both the pastor and the parish will bear. He also cautions pastors against taking a prophetic role, claiming such a stance will alienate the shepherd from his sheep and do more harm than good. This title is the only one of its kind so far that gives a first-hand account of a turn-around church. It's well worth the money spent, and an enjoyable read. I recommend it.
