Amazing author! Great bridge to chapter books!

I've been looking for some more challenging books to read to my four year old. This author has nailed it ! There are plenty of illustrations like a graphic novel to add to the intricate and creative stories! They're so imaginative and fun! My son and I love them and I've bought several of his books for us to read together now! Although I bought it for my four year old, I think it's target audience is elementary aged kids.
