His name was William Frederick Cody (1846-1917), but to most of the world he was Buffalo Bill. In real life he was a Pony Express rider, soldier, Army scout, buffalo hunter, and ultimately a show promoter of "Buffalo Bill's Wild West." He used the adventures of his youth - many real, a few doubtful - to create the legend which carries his name today. In the 1950s Buffalo Bill became a comic book hero, and you can again enjoy (or, for the first time) these colorful accounts of his adventures. The comic reprints from Calumet History and Hobby are reproduced from actual classic comics, and sometimes reflect the imperfection of books that are decades old. These books are constantly updated with the best version available - if you are EVER unhappy with the experience or quality of a book, return the book to us to exchange for another title or the upgrade as new files become available.
