Break the Co-Sleeping Habit

As I physician, I whole-heartedly recommend this book for my patients who are struggling to set boundaries with their children. Dr Levine effectively guides parents through the process of transitioning the child to sleep safely and soundly on their own. I will use this book to help educate my patients! As I parent, I can testify that Dr Levine has given me more insight and confidence in dealing with one of the most challenging aspects of childrearing. Fabulous parenting book!

We are so grateful for this book. Our daughter will be 5 years old this spring and we want her to learn how to sleep in her own bed before kindergarten.
