An education about collegiate football

An extremely well written book that pulls no punches when dealing with College football. Highly recommended to anyone who is interested in intercollegiate football irrespective of the conference. The author has great command of the English language and a subtle sense of humor in writing about this controversial subject of big time college recruiting and the power that big time college football has over college administrators.

THE TRUTH IS FINALLY OUT

An excellent book that every football fan in America should read is how best to sum up this book...Although the author had some minor flaws with his facts,it did not damage the real story of this book....The fact of how the Crimson Tide carries out the business of recruiting has been well known down here in SEC country and he brings out the dirty side and shines a light on it...This book is a MUST READ for all SEC football fans, and especially for BAMA fans who think that the Tide is squeaky clean and above board on all illegal activities.....This book has a definite Tennessee flavor, but that is understandable

SEC is for real!

Being from Ohio, I grew up on the Big Ten and always thought they were the best that college football had to offer. Reading this book about the SEC has changed my mind! It is the premier conference in the country as far as teams being competitive from top to bottom. Ernsberger really captures the heart and soul of southern football. Big Ten fans are mild to the SEC wackos! It's great reading for any college football fan.

Lowder Lambasted

I loved the chapter on Auburn. The author does a great job of showing how strongman trustee Bobby Lowder and his entourage have made a joke out of themselves as well as Auburn University. It's a clarion call for Auburn alumni to do whatever is necessary to take back over our beloved school.

Great book!

Save your breath, TIers.....you-know-who is a cheater with a hairpiece!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
