Was a good read! Loved watching Batman when I was growing up and this book had some really good details of it! Would recommend it to any Batman fan!
My Life In Tights--A Must-Read

This book appears to be a totally honest and unabashed account of the filming of the Batman series and the life of Burt Ward. I listened to an audio interview of Burt Ward on a website, in which he discussed this book. It piqued my interest enough to order "Boy Wonder." I thoroughly enjoyed anecdote after anecdote of his life. Personally, I read the book for the three reasons: 1) for what went on in producing Batman 2) to find out what happened to the Boy Wonder after 1968 & 3) to read of the detailed BatSexcapades. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this book if you're a fan of Burt Ward, assuming you won't be offended by his graphic recounts of his sexual triumphs. I'm only sorry that it took me seven years to read this book after it was originally published.
This is really a five star book

I loved this book! After reading some of the reviews on this site, I kind of expected the worse out of Burt Ward's book. I read the book anyway, and thought it was one of the best books I've ever read. Burt chose some hilarious stories to go in his book, and just about each story I laughed my butt off at. It's kind of disappointing to read how Adam reacted at the end of the book about being Burt's Best Man at his wedding. Some of the sex stories had hilarious little bits and pieces in it too. Refer to the Mile High Club story. I found Burt's book more enjoyable than Adam's book. Adam had a few funny stories, but Burt had the guts to let all the funny stories come out. I will gladly go and buy this book, because I enjoyed it so much. And I would go out and buy a sequel if Burt decides to release a 2nd tell all. Burt was always my favorite of the dynamic duo, and I can still testify that he is still my favorite after reading his book. 5 stars...
Great! shows the behind-the-scenes Hollywood everyone wants

I must disagree with Miss Taylors review. I think she missed the whole point of the book. This was an entertaining book about a young Hollywood TV star who was one of the main draws for the classic Batman and Robin series. I found the book to be very honest and pretty well written as tell alls go. Lets face it: Adam West could have lost a few pounds. He seemed to be seriously testing his Bat Belt. On the other hand, Burt Ward was the young, virile hunk who no doubt caught the eye of many a teenager. If there were "sex-capades" behind the scenes, why not write about them? He would have been dishonest NOT to include such details. Also, if he had problems with West or West's acting, he would have been wrong to leave that out, as well. The fact is: Burt Ward was a star, if not thee star of a cute, entertaining children's show. He was younger and I believe more young people connected with him. He wrote a pretty decent, honest portrayal of his Batman days and he should be applauded for not white washing anything. Any classic Batman and Robin fan should read this book. I think most will enjoy the book and laugh out loud as often as I did
