One of my favorite cook books!

After these guys catered my friend's wedding, I had to get my hands on their cookbook. It's great. The recipes are simple, yet elegant and delicious. Some, like the Salsa Cruda and Rosemary-Lemon Roasted Chicken have become my standard recipes. Highly recommended!
