Amazing story of true heroic history

I couldn't put this book down. Given to me by a friend, I was not particularly interested in the subject matter as a rule, but this is a must read for anyone, man or woman. A first hand story of true heroism with world changing history as it happens, a story line with so much heart and so many twists and turns that will leave you astounded.
