A warm story inspired by my visit to beautiful Bondi Beach near Sydney Australia and experiencing a flock of loud pelicans up on me while I attempted to enjoy my fish and chips, a Bondi Beach regular. It is a story of how the lone black pelican, appearing disliked by the other pelicans, evolves into a leader of the flock through his love and caring of his sick fellow pelicans of a different color. It all left me with a new perspective on sharing. Bondi Beach is a wonderful place to visit and the pelicans are a part of its beautiful fabric.
