Elmer Towns lays out serveral different meditation styles modeled from biblical characters, and then gives you loads of scripture to start meditating on right away! Christian meditation, as opposed to eastern meditation, is about alllowing God to fill you rather than emptying your self. What a great stride toward spiritual maturity when one grasps these concepts!
