This is a story about a young girl named Sarah who's longtime infatuation with her neighbor Aiden; AKA, the Duke of Albrick, turns into a deep unrequited love over the years, during and after his absence. They meet again after many years apart due to the war, and the sparks fly. It took a while for me to find this book by searching out of print sources. But It was well worth it. This book is a fun read and what I call a giggler. I enjoyed the characters and the situtations that arose in this story. I do hope that the publisher re-releases it again.
