I have found this book to be very helpful in my endeavor to eat healthy. The recipes are EASY and very tasty. There is great variety. The articles at the beginning of the book are a helpful resourse and reminder on what it takes to eat healthy and to lose weight in the process. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to change their eating lifestyle. The recipes are for "normal" foods, and do not require a lot of "specialty" foods to purchase. I was also impressed with the EASE of the recipes. None of them are very complicated, which fits well into my lifestyle.
