I've read histories for many years and have been delighted by mechanical and warrior history. Beef Stew for 2500 has shown me new information about the culinary arts used to feed our US Navy sailor. It was a delight to read. Not over powering in lingo. Just enought to make you want to know more and even curious about actually wanting to taste the dishes.
