Great way form a sound leadership foundation

If you're already a leader or are looking to become a better leader Eckart's book identifies topics not covered in my other books. This book is ideal for young professionals or students as it is easy to follow. Eckart has many years in a wide array of leadership positions and he has targeted the many areas in which people can develop and work on their own leadership styles and traits.

Easy to read Leadership

I think this book is excellent. The book is written to get the knowledge that is desired without all of the fluff and stories that most leadership books are full of. If you are interested in Leadership this is a must have book. The section on the styles of leadership really helps you understand yourself and the other leaders around you.
