Impactful for Empaths and HSPs

I have several close friends who gushed to me about how much this book has helped them. Some of them have even completed the entire series so they can do Skilled Empath Merges. I have taken Rose Rosetree’s workshop for HSPs. It was very helpful in terms of helping me to recognize my sensitivity as a talent, not a condition to manage. I learned when to use my sensitivity and when not to use it. As a result, I am able to enjoy my life more. As an HSP, I am not as sensitive as an empath; therefore, I expect this book would make an even great impact for empaths than the workshop did for me.

This was the first book for empaths that I read, and it was so, so helpful to me. I think there are more updated editions with a different title - "The Empowered Empath" and "The Master Empath." High quality!! Highly recommend.
