Yummy, Easy to make, Healthy Breads!

This cookbook contains a wonderful collection of delicious spelt bread recipes. I found the previous reviewer's negativity unwarranted. I am baking enthusiast and I can say that the recipes in this book are very well thought out. Fabulous bread!

I've tried two recipes so far in this book, and both are fabulous! The buttermilk biscuits were a definite hit. The "Exceptional Handmade Spelt Whole Grain Bread" was wonderful although I did use half whole grain spelt and half white spelt flour. I scaled the recipe down (divided by 8) and put in my bread machine. I did have to add a little more flour, but the results didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this book.
