Some of the loop holes he mentions would be worth more than the price of the book alone--for protecting your own privacy as well as for ferreting out the secrets of someone else. John Q wrote this right before the turn of the century, but the gumshoe methods he espouses are sound and true even today. This author has a good understanding of the ways to obtain information and is good at getting the information across.
