Teaches kids practical ways of relating to God

This is a very nice book with simple one sentence prayers. The illustrations show children in different situations and their prayers to God. The prayers are just one sentence and no formality to them. If you are looking for "now I lay me down to sleep", etc., this is not the right book. However, my child has learned from this book, as well as another by the same author (Pocketful of Proverbs), which is excellent.
