Great book for beginners!

I have used Bach Flower Remedies successfully over the last 15 years but this is the first book I've purchased with the intent to learn how to self prescribe remedies. It's easy to read and a great book for someone ready to dive in and learn the basics. The descriptions of the remedies are concise and the directions for preparing your own remedies are very easy to follow. I highly recommend it.
