Awesome book and recipes

I rarely write reviews, but if anyone reads this please don't hesitate to buy this book, you won't be disappointed. Ms. Raffa's recipes are clear and easy to follow. Everything I have made from this book (about 7 items in just three weeks) has been awesome. She clearly knows what she is doing and is a great writer. Her sourdough recipe is easy and delicious, but that's only the beginning. My simple sourdough starter has worked perfectly for every one of her recipes. Buy this book, you won't be disappointed.

The BEST sourdough cookbook!

Everything we have made from this book has turned out fantastic and delicious! We have bought several sourdough cookbooks over the years and this one has been the BEST ONE ever! She gives a clear simple approach to sourdough that makes it so doable for everyone. And the photos are spectacular!

I make bread almost exclusively out of this cookbook. Simple, fits into a moms schedule, and the recipes just work. Love it!
