This is the first purchase I made from Mullins. The timeframe of the book was consistent with their e-mails and the book I recieved looks brand new even though it was listed as used. I would buy from them again.

This is a thorough and up-to-date textbook on the training and development of human resources. No gimmicks and excellent references. The writing is straight-forward with a nice balance between theory and practice. The authors don't preach and don't talk down to readers.

Dugan's book is an excellent resource for both instructor's and T & D managers. It is filled with useful information covering the entire spectrum of training in organizations in an easy to understand format. Despite it's relative age, the information is current and beneficial. I would highly recommend this book for anyone in a training position, and especially as a guide for new training managers.
