Yes, I'm offering you an apple...

but not in a bad way. Gorgeous illustrations, still crisp and vivid, with all kinds of pretty recipes. I like the way he mentions different apples for different purposes. Get me a macoun, someone. Cracked wheat salad with Jonathan apples and mint, Brook trout baked in parchment with Northern Spy apples and others sound good to me.
