I love David C. as we was my Pastor and is a great TEACHER! Although I loved his book, I felt Bill Hammons book Apostles, Prophets and the Coming Moves of God: God's End-Time Plans for His Church and Planet Earth (Apostles) by Bill, Dr. Hamon Goe's into much more detail. I hope that David C know's how much he has changed my life. I can't give him full credit for this teaching though as he was very much under the influence and teachings of Bill Hammon who visited our Church just about yearly. I will say however that he is now known as Apostle David C. A great advancement in the Kingdom and a GREAT TEACHER in his own right.

Biblical and objective look at apostles

This books gives a great overview of apostles. It thoroughly and objectively examines the biblical data. I appreciated the no nonsense approach of the author. The book should appeal to many folks from different theological persuasions. This book helps remove the stigma that apostles are superstars. They are ordinary people who are "afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed" (2 Cor. 4:8ff). The book offers a convincing argument that many apostles are needed today to help "build up the body of Christ until we all attain to the unity of the faith" (Eph. 4:11-13).
