A book worth reading!

I'd heard Dr Newport speak before but had not read any of her books. I am so glad I got this and recommend it to everyone, especially if you know and love anyone with alzheimers or other dementia issues. Lots of good science and it gives you something to try. There is no cure, no medication that can reverse these things, but what if a change in diet and supplementing with ketones made a difference? Read her experience and make your decision. What have you got to lose?
