Didn’t include what it claimed to include

The book is very great resource however giving it a bad rating because it did not include the CDRom it claims it to come with for printing out the pages needed for students. Since the book is used someone already wrote in the answers in the book meaning that the only way to get blank copies of the work sheets is through the CDRom that was supposed to come with it
