Oddly enough - a Philosophy for Life included in a nice story
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 18 years ago
Unbeknownst to me, this book illustrates some of my deepest held philosophies for life; which apparently I learned on my mother's lap as she read to us! Additionally, it is a neat story, beautifully illustrated. The pictures add to the depth of the story because of Hillary Knight's great expressions on people AND animals. And the cat attitude comes through so well in the writing (things are mmmrh) and their expressions. Long story short, here's two of the lessons: 1. Dreams are to be used to solve problems. 2. Dreams are not confined to singluar time and space (therefore you can meet with people from other times and spaces, such as relatives who have passed on. And, having dreamed my deceased grandfather and had discussions that have helped clarify circumstances for me, I'd have to say that the cats have the right idea. Enjoy!
I adore this book.

I read this book in elementary school, and for years kept looking for it, wanting to see it again. It has some great illustrations, and smaller images on almost every page. Even if I weren't the cat lover I am, I'd still really like this book. It's charming, and well written, for being short and simple as it is. As in the title, I adore this book.
