With a number of child care administration books on the market, it may be hard for authors to create a text that is distinguishable from the others. Phyllis Click & Kim Karkos succeed in doing this because their product puts an extremely heavy emphasis on the managerial and staffing side of administering a child care center. They take painstaking detail to cover every minute aspect of managing a child care center using lots of examples along the way. If you want a play-by-play way to take care of your staffing needs, then this book outlines it and fills in the details with vividness and accessibility. The rest of the book is pretty standard, but these two sections make it worth you time for $92.
